Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Metro Cities: Delivery within 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of India: Delivery within 3–6 business days.

We offer free standard shipping across India—no minimum order required.


International Shipping

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days to major international destinations.
  • Shipping Charges: A flat international shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your destination country.

We ship globally using trusted courier partners like DHL and Aramex, ensuring fast, reliable, and insured delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the provided link to track your package on the courier company’s website in real time.


Insured & Secure Delivery

All parcels are dispatched with full insurance coverage.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days before reprocessing your order. If the original product is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Oysters Activewear is not liable for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
  • Damages incurred post-delivery at the customer’s address.

Unaccepted Deliveries

If a package is returned due to customer refusal or non-acceptance, we will refund the order amount after deducting the shipping charges, to your original mode of payment.


Damaged Items & Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oystersonline.in.

To assist you effectively, we require an unedited unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package. This helps us process returns, exchanges, or replacements quickly.


Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
Oysters Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processes.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

Oysters Activewear is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred in such cases will be the customer's responsibility.
